Bucket List Wish List
Participating in a Yoga Retreat has been on my bucket list for awhile. In April,I received the Newsletter from Five Parks Yoga regarding upcoming retreats in Nosara. What better way to do a Yoga Retreat- one with Erin (my U-tube Guru) and secondly, in Costa Rica! I'm in!
I've followed Erin on YouTube since Covid, and practicing with her in person was even more inspiring than i imagined. She brings such warmth, presence, and authenticity to every class. Her smile is like a warm hug. She radiates kindness . You can feel how truly skilled and professional she is in her craft. Erin, offers a vigorous well- rounded Yoga class @7:30 Am + 5PM. with arm balances, tree stands, stars, flows and mediation, etc. Last night Yin- well received. Closing Ceremony was a lovely touch and great way to end the retreat. Introduction Ceremony was also a highlight with our journals and getting to know our fellow participants. Meeting Erin in person was an absolute highlight + dream! i am truly blessed and honoured- thank you for all what you do!
I also want to give a huge shout out to Matt her right arm man/husband/Business Partner, who was unbelievably nice, friendly, and accommodating the entire time. He made everyone feel welcome and added such warmth, supportive energy to the retreat. Always available! Always happy to help! Always smiling. Such a nice and genuine person!
One of the best parts of the retreat was the people I met-kind, open, like-minded souls who made the week for me even more meaningful. Awesome roommates! Staff were also amazing!! Ramon the Costa Rica Racoon? Adorable.
The resort itself was beautiful and relaxing, the perfect place to unwind and reconnect. Massage is a must do! Bring cash!
This retreat wasn't just a getaway for me-it was something I dreamed about, and it turned out better than i hoped.
I went by myself....so did a lot of others. Do it- Go For It .-Don't be afraid- it will all work out. The instant you meet your fellow Yogi's at the airport- only happiness is present.
Namaste
